A format of meetings designed so that those who are interested in the KEU universe can experience the concept firsthand within a real project.
Puerto Rico occupies a special place in this story.
KEU’s first project on the island was born thanks to the trust of a person who decided to acquire their homes directly through the internet, even before being able to visit them physically.
KEU Experience was born as a way to give back that trust.
We are opening the doors of the project so that anyone who wishes can tour the installed homes, learn about the creation process of each unit, and understand firsthand how KEU projects are developed.
You won’t see any renders here.
You will see homes installed, functioning and inhabited.
You can tour them, sit in them, discover how they are built, and talk directly with people who are already developing projects with KEU.
The upcoming KEU Experience will feature the new KEU Little model for the first time in Puerto Rico.
A compact home designed for both investment projects and those looking for a second home or beach house with KEU design and quality.
During the event, attendees will be able to tour the new unit installed within the KEU Nirvana project.

In February we celebrated the first KEU Experience within the KEU Nirvana project, in the mountains of Cayey, Puerto Rico.
For one week we opened the doors of the project to welcome people who wanted to get to know the KEU universe up close and experience it in a real environment.
Many of them had been following the brand for some time. Others came out of curiosity. But they all shared something in common: they wanted to see with their own eyes what until then they had only seen on the internet.
The event was held in two formats.
A presentation day where more than one hundred attendees were able to tour the homes, discover the project and share a special afternoon with the KEU community.
During the following days we organized guided tours, where they could talk to the KEU team and understand in detail the concept behind each project.
The first KEU Experience exceeded all expectations.

Yes. During the event you can configure your KEU home, make a reservation if you wish, and receive direct advice from KEU CEOs, who will be available to answer questions and guide each project.
A semi-formal dress code is recommended.
The event will take place at a project located in the mountains of Cayey, so comfort is important. We suggest wearing flat shoes and avoiding heels to better adapt to the terrain.
